Other Benefits
Short Term Disability
Sarnoff Corporation provides Short Term Disability for all employees. Should an illness or injury keep you away from work for more than seven consecutive days, our Short Term Disability plan will provide you payment while you are out of work for up to a period of 26 weeks.
Long Term Disability
Sarnoff Corporation offers a Long Term Disability Plan to all employees (at their own cost), which provides for payment while out of work due to extended illness/injuries continuing past the 26-week allotment of Short-term Disability.
Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program is a confidential counseling and referral program available to employees and employees’ household members without charge. It is designed to assist persons who are experiencing personal, family, or work related problems.
Retirement Savings Plan (401k)
Employees are eligible to join our Income Savings Plan (401k) on the first of the month, following their date of hire. You are eligible for Matching Contributions after you complete one year of service and a minimum of 1,000 hours.
Educational Assistance
For eligible full-time employees, Sarnoff Corporation provides 100% reimbursement (up to a maximum of $5,000) for approved undergraduate and graduate programs per academic year. Eligible part-time employees may receive up to $2500 per academic year.
Training
Your professional development is important to Sarnoff Corporation. Sarnoff offers management, business, computer/PC, and basic skills training. We also offer technology seminars and educational courses for health and benefits.
Holidays
You will receive nine (9) paid holidays per year. Seven (7) of which are company scheduled and two (2) are floating holidays.
Vacation
Depending on your start date, your vacation time will be pro-rated for the first calendar year of service. Thereafter, you will receive 15 paid vacation days.
U.S. Savings Bonds
You may purchase Savings Bonds conveniently through payroll deduction.
