Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Robert Levin joined Sarnoff in 2005. Mr. Levin is responsible for managing all of Sarnoff's legal affairs, including commercial and corporate transactions and intellectual property issues and activities.
Mr. Levin joined Sarnoff from Iridian Technologies where he was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.
Prior to Iridian, Mr. Levin spent 14 years at The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation where he was Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary.
Mr. Levin’s experience includes all areas of corporate and technology law, counseling and transactions, including technology development and licensing, mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property acquisition and commercialization.
Mr. Levin earned his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He holds an L.L.M from the New York University School of Law, and a J.D. from the Rutgers University School of Law.
Mr. Levin is a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Rutgers University School of Law Alumni Association and a Member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the town of Spring Lake Heights, New Jersey.
