Sarnoff Corporation Names Mark A. Clifton Acting President and Chief Executive Officer

PRINCETON, N.J. – October 19, 2009 – Sarnoff Corporation has named Mark A. Clifton as Acting President and Chief Executive Officer, replacing Dr. Don Newsome who has left the company for health-related reasons.  Due to his strong leadership as the company’s Vice President of Products and Services, the Sarnoff Board of Directors has invited Mr. Clifton to assume the company’s top management position on an interim basis.
