TerraSight™ Systems

Sarnoff integrates its scalable, modular software products into complete system platforms—from large, multi-sensor/multi-processing workstations for field applications to laptops performing single sensor exploitation or forensic analysis. Combining unique software with proven hardware, our comprehensive solutions provide airborne and ground video surveillance exploitation for complete situational understanding.

Standard Ground Station (SGS) and TerraSight™ Ground Station (TGS): are built on Sarnoff ’s TerraSight software for in-context sensor command and control (C2), video and metadata storage, replay and streaming vision processing and 3D visualization with live video draping and layered entity display. The systems are powered by two TerraSight Rack- Mounted Workstations which enable an increase in mission capability by providing situational understanding. The system allows operators and mission commanders to quickly monitor and control multiple sensors connected via IP or analog, and respond to multiple cues within the tactical environment. TerraSight enables real-time decision-making from surveillance and early warning air and ground sensors. Options are available for interfacing to RAID and UAS sensors.

TerraSight™ on the Move (OTM): is a smaller sized TerraSight system packaged in a suitcase form factor targeted for use in mobile platforms and water vessels. Two or three screens are optimized for situational awareness and live video display in conjunction with a standard keyboard/mouse and Xbox® game controller simplifi ng sensor control and 3D virtual viewpoint manipulation. Digital and analog sensor inputs are supported. TerraSight OTM provides all features in a more portable format weighing less than 40 pounds.

TerraSight™ Lite: is a MIL-STD-810F portable laptop version of TerraSight, complete with sensor ingest via IP or analog, and state-of-the-art 3D visualization for command and control. Includes appropriate storage capacity and video processing to support a single UAV or small number of ground sensors for expeditionary use.

TerraSight™ Rack Mounted Workstation (TWS): provides a compact, versatile, rugged platform offering high reliability for running missioncritical TerraSight applications. The TerraSight TWS is designed for demanding military and industrial operations. The system is designed to save space and weight, tested for high shock and vibration and MIL-STD-810F compliance. The TerraSight RMS is optionally loaded with the MicroSoft® Windows operating system along with the TerraSight software making it ready for insertion into a command center, ground station or video exploitation cell. TerraSight TWS relies on the same processors that form the heart of the TerraSight SGS and TGS.
